Diwali is India's biggest and most important festival. It is marked by brightly lit lamps, fireworks, delicious food and of course, shopping. Traditionally, families did their Diwali shopping together. But, nowadays they’re unable to do so because of changing family structures and busy lives.
Diwali is also the time when Amazon India holds its biggest sale of the year, where they offer attractive discounts on their entire range of products. To get people to do their festival shopping online, we told the story of two siblings who live away from their parents. As they prepare to go back home for Diwali, they reminisce about the days when the whole family would go shopping together and then relive this nostalgia with help from Amazon.
